Bacterial Communities Structure and Diversity in Rhizosphere Soil of Dominant Plants in Riparian Wetlands of Reservoir in Zhejiang Province, China

Abstract Soil bacterial play special roles in the maintenance and stabilization of wetland ecosystem. To investigate community structure diversity rhizosphere soils four dominant plants riparian wetlands mountain reservoir Zhejiang province, V4+V5 areas 16S rDNA gene bacteria were sequenced analyzed by Illumina HiSeq 2500 high-throughput sequencing technology. The results indicated that 27 phylums, 70 classes, 144 orders, 218 families, 370 genuses achieved, with Proteobacteria, Acidobacteria,Actinobacteria Bacteroidetes being phylum Gammaproteobacteria, Deltaproteobacteria, Acidobacteria, Actinobacteria, Betaproteobacteria Thermoleophilia main class this areas. Shannon index chao1 soil Salix babylonica 8.64 585.58, respectively, which highest among plants, Pterocarya stenoptera lowest, 7.71 289.63, respectively. pH, total nitrogen organic matter factors affecting species zone province.
